@Kent True, there are always pros and cons with each different method. The more important thing is exercise some discretion on which bothers you the most and stick to the one that you're comfortable with.

@Jz I would suggest you stop using the system and seek doctor's advise on it. And with his help, continue to monitor the progress of your pregnancy. Nothing should risk you getting a healthy baby. Congratulations, by the way!

Shaving is probably the cheapest method with hair removal, but not rather effective as your hair grows back within days and it is very time having. You get waxing kits which you can use by yourself at home, but then yet again, it involves pain and a lot of time as properly.

@Justine I did a brief mention about IPL treatments here. Basically Intense Pulsed Light (”IPL”) hair removal achieves similar effects as laser except that – it’s relatively cheaper and faster. I'm not sure if you're googled enough information on this but there has been debates over its effectiveness as opposed to laser although propenents will tell you the differences has been pretty minimal. IPL is also used for skin treatments, popularly known as the photorejuvenation procedure. If the savings are huge, perhaps it makes sense to go for IPL treatments :)

Hi Dr Asmaa, that's a very good question but alas, I'm not medically trained to give you the advice. I would suggest that you consult your Gynae.
